1. How do I make an order?

You can place your order using the following two methods:

Online order: Surf our e-shop, select the products you desire to order and follow the easy, step by step process to checkout.

Telephone order: Alternatively, call us at 7000 71 21 and place your order via telephone, Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30. Please have your product code ready. This option is only available for orders in Cyprus. test

2. What are the delivery methods?

We offer the following two Delivery Methods:

  • Door to Point Delivery: To your preferred or your closest Courier Station (Cyprus only).
  • Door to Door Delivery: To the address you provide, either home address, office or the hotel you stay.

Premium membership (Greece & Cyprus): Free shipping without a minimum order amount regardless of weight and volume. Plus priority on execution and shipment. Find out about about that service here .

Greece: If you do not have a premium subscription, shipping costs will depend on the weight of the products you selected.

Cyprus: If you do not have a premium subscription, shipping is free for purchases over €50. For lower value purchases, shipping costs € 3.00.

3. Can I pay with C.O.D.? How much does it cost?

Of course you can ...

Cash On Delivery is available for deliveries to Greece (€2.00 fee) and Cyprus (€0.50 fee).

4. Why should I have a Premium account?

5. What Payment methods for you offer?

We offer multiple payment methods. Simply choose the one that is most suitable for you.

  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, Electron, MasterCard, American Express): To ensure the security of the payment, we use the system JCC Gateway provided by JCC. This payment option is FREE.

  • Cash On Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery. When selecting this method, the customer is reliable to pay the appropriate amount to the courier upon the delivery of the products. This payment option has a payment fee of 0.50

6. Where do you deliver? Do you offer International delivery?

We deliver everywhere in Greece and Cyprus and to 30 countries all over Europe. For more information on our shipping methods please visit our Delivery Information section

7. When will I receive my order?

Generally orders to Greece, Cyprus and other European countries will be received within 1-2 working days, the latest.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be received withing 2 working days from purchase date.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, are dispatched Monday morning and shall be received within 1 working day.

Orders to remote areas of Cyprus (villages) might delay more.

8. Delayed orders. Why is my order delayed?

Orders might be delayed due to...

Absence of customer from scheduled delivery point.

Lack of contact between the customer and the courier (No reply to courier call, wrong customer telephone number provided by customer).

Extreme weather conditions, public strikes or holidays.

On the day that the order is on the way, the customer is informed with sms.

9. Refund / Exchange policy: Can I get a refund for a returned product(s)?

Yes, of course you can...

Refunds are issued depending on the payment method used for the purchase (Courier charges are non-refundable and return costs are covered by the company.)

In case of Credit/Debit card Payment: Refund is made directly to your Credit / Debit card.

A voucher is issued to match the cost of product(s) (except the cost of delivery) to be used on our e-shop in any category you wish.

* The above applies to Greece and Cyprus.

10. Can I cancel my order?

If you have not finalised your order on our e-shop:

Go back to your basket and cancel the order or delete any product(s) you do not want.

If you completed the online order:

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and paid for, it immediately goes to our warehouse for processing, therefore, cannot be cancelled.

11. Can I place an order now and have it held to be shipped at a later date?

Unfortunately no, unless ...

Once the order is placed and approved by our accounting department it will be sent to the warehouse for processing. However, you may email us at requesting to send you your order at a later date. The order is required to be paid. Consequently, the C.O.D. payment method is excluded.


If you would like not only to hold your order but also pay later, we suggest preparing your Wishlist where you will be able to return to complete purchases when you feel ready.

12. Availability of our products

Most of the products shown on our e-shop are available for immediate purchase with the exception of the products marked as ‘sold out’ and/or ‘available only via order’.

Products marked as ‘sold out’, will be back in stock ASAP.

In the unlikely event that two different orders for the same product were placed before the warehouse was updated, stock may not be enough and eventually not shipped to you. The value will be deducted from the final amount payable on the delivery day of the order.
