Preparation and Usage
- A Sachet makes 4 portions
- How to Make Delicious Bird's Dream Topping:
- 1. Measure 150ml (approx. 1/4 pint) of cold milk into a bowl and sprinkle on the contents of this sachet.
- 2. Whisk for approximately two minutes, preferably with a electric hand whisk or rotary whisk, until the topping is light and fluffy.
- Handy Hints:
- Once made, Birds Dream Topping can be frozen.
- To vary thickness, simply use a little more or less milk.
- If the topping remains thin after whisking, whisk for a further two minutes.
